Several members of the Southern California Auto Body Association introduced the concept of utilizing the new, innovative Paintless Dent Repair (PDR) process. Body repair shops in the southern California area were approached to handle a client base that had specifically been targeted by the PDR marketing program through various avenues such as radio and television.
